  11.           This software is owned by Firefly Software Systems Corp(FSSC). It
  12.           is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other
  13.           relevant jurisdictions.

  15.           Under the terms of this agreement you may make copies of this
  16.           software for archival and backup purposes only. You may not
  17.           transfer this software product in any form to anyone else. You
  18.           may use this software product on one computer only. You may
  19.           transfer it to another computer ; but, it must be first removed
  20.           from the computer on which it was originally installed. Multi-
  21.           copy and site-license agreements are available.

  23.           FSSC retains all rights not expressly granted in this license
  24.           agreement. Nothing in this agreement constitutes any waiver of
  25.           FSSC's rights under the copyright laws of the United States or
  26.           any other country or under any other federal or state laws.

  29.           Warranty and Disclaimer

  32.           FSSC warrants that the software product will operate
  33.           substantially as described in the documentation; but, FSSC does
  34.           not claim that the software is error free. This program is
  35.           provided `as is' without express warranties or conditions of any
  36.           kind. In no event shall FSSC be liable for any lost profits, lost
  37.           savings or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out
  38.           of the use, or inability to use, this software product, even if
  39.           it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  41.           U.S. Government Restricted Rights

  43.           This product is provided with restricted rights. Use,
  44.           duplication, or disclosure by the government is subject to
  45.           restrictions set forth in sub-division (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights
  46.           in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 48 CFR
  47.           252.227-7013, or in sub-division (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial
  48.           Computer Software - restricted rights clause at 48CFR52.227-19,
